Jersey Retirement Requests

This is where GM's can make requests about jerseys to retire for their franchise. Alternatively, you can DM me.

As a reminder, the criteria that have been chosen are as follows,

A player must:

1. Be retired

2. Have played at least 5 seasons for the team retiring his jersey
OR
Have played at least 3 seasons AND won a championship OR or MVP award

3. Have been one of the 3 best players on his team during the above time period
OR
Win a petition vote among the predetermined panel (for cases of fan favorites with significant longevity, sentimentality, or memeability)

he is in the top 5 all-time Raptors for points, blocks, assists & rebounds.

he is a living legend in Toronto and was a crucial part of the glory years between 2084-2087

Now that Bobby Boucher has retired, I would request his jersey number, 9 be retired as well.
