Grey Dog Software, the maker of FBPB3 in all of it's spaghetti-coded glory, makes a college game that will output to a file that FBPB3 uses.  My suggestion would not involve anyone other than myself buying the college game.  I would generate HTML once a sim month for GMs to go over.  Click here to see a sample league (http://therbsl.mynetgear.com/rbsl/college/).  You can see all of the colleges, see the Top 100 Recruits, etc.  Not sure how we would incorporate real NBA classes in this, tbh.  Might have to just sim through a college season and lose those recruits in favor of the NBA guys.

Seems like too much work (for commishes and GMs alike) for little return.
